Welcome to The Fuelhandler Magazine , the official magazine for the National Petroleum Management Association (NPMA), which represents the aviation fuelling community and their overall aim - to safely transfer clean, dry fuel into aircraft.

The Fuelhandler magazine is targeted at every individual involved in fuel management, operations and maintenance. These include the airlines, storage terminal operators, fixed base operators, servicing companies, oil majors, the military, and equipment manufacturers of everything from nozzles to test tubes to wrenches.
